Paula Keys Tilghman has more than 25 years of experience in the procurement of facility and construction products, equipment, parts, supplies and preventative maintenance contracts. She founded Absolute Supply and Services, LLC in 2007 in Maryland and added Absolute Solutions and Associates, LLC in Washington, DC in 2010. In 2019, she co-founded Pivot Consulting and Solutions, LLC in Florida. The companies operate independently and are small, minority certified firms with multi-state presence.
The companies serve general contractors, subcontractors, government agencies and commercial clients. Ms. Keys Tilghman gained her experience working for one of the top manufacturer’s representative firms in the Mid-Atlantic, specializing in commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, replacement parts and preventative maintenance. Mrs. Keys Tilghman was accepted in the Clark Construction Group’s LSDBE Strategic Partnership Program and Goldman Sachs Programs. She serves as a mentor to other start up small businesses and is active in organizations including MWMCA, GWBCC,WBENC, NABWIC, CCMBA, Women in HVAC/R, Baltimore City and DC Chamber of Commerce. She is married to an “awesome, supportive” husband, a proud mother of two successful young men and enjoys roller skating, traveling, reading and outdoor sports.
