Paula Keys Tilghman is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Barber Family Foundation and an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in procurement within the construction and facility services industry. Her expertise includes sourcing facility and construction of products, equipment, replacement parts, supplies, and preventative maintenance contracts for general contractors, subcontractors, government agencies, and commercial clients. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from Prince George’s Community College in May 2025 and actively supports professional organizations including MWMCA, CRMSDC, and WBENC.
Mrs. Keys Tilghman is married, a proud mother of two successful sons, and a grandmother of two grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys roller skating, traveling, reading, and outdoor sports.
