John G. Malcolm, a Member of the Board of Directors of Barber Family Foundation, is the Vice President of the Institute for Constitutional Government at The Heritage Foundation, where he oversees the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies and the B. Kenneth Simon Center for Principles and Politics. Mr. Malcolm previously worked at the Department of Justice where he received numerous awards for his service, including the Director’s Award for Superior Performance by an Assistant United States Attorney. An honors graduate from Columbia College and Harvard Law School, Mr. Malcolm clerked for federal judges in the Northern District of Georgia and on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Malcolm currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Boys Town Washington D.C.
