Jane M. Brown, the Executive Director of University Legal Service (ULS) is a Member of the Board of Directors of Barber Family Foundation. Prior to her tenure with ULS, Ms. Brown served as an Assistant Attorney General litigating cases in the Landlord and Tenant Division of the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General. Ms. Brown graduated from Howard University School of Law and Wellesley College. Ms. Brown is a member of the Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania bars and serves on the Board of Directors of the H Street Community Development Corporation, Advocates for Justice and Education and the National Disability Rights Network. She is also a member of the Developmental Disabilities Council, and the Advisory Council of the Georgetown University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities.
